M3B provides flexible programs to meet the needs of owners for their marketing and rental services as well as property management ensuring peace of mind that your asset is being well looked after. To achieve this we have developed two levels of service.
Our Standard program provides year round property management and access to all M3B's rental services, which comprises everything you or your guests require make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our Premier program offers complete service, as it not only provides all the benefits of the Standard program at preferential rates but in addition provides rental revenue through inclusion in M3B's annual marketing activity and travel trade network.
The number of clients under each program will be strictly limited to ensure that services can be delivered reliably and professionally and that, in the case of the Premier program, the financial returns from property rentals are at an acceptable level for the owner.
