premier program
M3B’s Premier program provides all the benefits of the Standard program with the addition of rental revenue generated through the inclusion of the property in M3B’s marketing activity.
As each property is individual, the concept of the program is to market each one on an individual basis, allowing the guest to make their own property selection. Property owners will then receive all of the rental revenue generated, less an administrative commission* payable to M3B. All expenses related to both the property and the rental will be the responsibility of the owner with the rental services being provided by M3B.
For full transparency all services have been clearly defined and priced on a ‘per rental’ basis, so property owners can know in advance what costs to expect each time their property is rented. By controlling the number of properties in the program, M3B is confident that the rental returns will be maintained at an acceptable level.
A one-off initial fee provides for the creation of a micro-site for the property for inclusion on the M3B, Humber Valley Resort website (www.visithumbervalley.com). This web page is created in consultation with the owner and can/will include internal and external photography, a schematic floor plan to provide the layout and sleeping arrangements, a narrative to describe the property attributes and the pricing structure.
M3B will carry out a full property inspection, making any necessary recommendations to bring the property to rental standards. M3B will also work with the owner to achieve the highest possible Canada Select star rating for the type of property. Finally the property inventory will be agreed and documented.
Following this, an annual fee is payable to cover the inclusion of the property in the M3B marketing program. No further initial fee will be payable so long as the property remains in the Premier program.
