Each property in the Premier Program will be marketed and managed on an individual basis with all rental revenue, net of an administrative commission, going directly to the property owner. The owner will then be responsible for all costs associated with the property and each individual rental. All rental services will be provided by M3B.
The number of clients under each program will be strictly limited to ensure that services can be delivered reliably and professionally and in the case of the Premier program that the financial returns are at an acceptable level. These limits will be refined periodically as the company’s resources allow and in conjunction with the anticipated growth in rental business through successful on-going marketing.
