M3B has been established to fulfill the demand for both rental and property management, initially for owners of property at Humber Valley Resort. Currently two levels of program have been created to meet this demand:
Clients of either of the programs can additionally take advantage of the Rental Services for themselves or their own guests (including paying guests generated through the owner’s own independent marketing efforts) with preferential rates being available for those in the Premier program.
