Ron Warren has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years and has been associated with almost every field of construction at one time or another. Growing up in rural Newfoundland, Ron learned the "do it yourself" attitude at a very early age. Living in a small outport you do not have access to carpenters and plumbers as you do living in the city. This means when your roof leaks or you want a shed or second floor built on your home, you learn quickly how to get the job done.
Ron began his formal training at 18, receiving his diploma in Concrete Construction. He worked for several years as a cement finisher, bricklayer and tile setter while earning journeyman qualification as a mason. Working as a general contractor in St. John's, NL, Ron has been responsible for and involved in almost every aspect of the construction industry, including carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical including working on the industrial scene as a mason on the Hibernia oil rig, a Production Manager at a masonry panel manufacturing plant in Holyrood, NL and at one of Canada's largest wood panel factories in New Brunswick. In 1999, Ron's talent garnered international attention and he was contracted to build several Canadian style homes in Kofu, Japan.
Ron's natural curiosity and love of learning has lead him to many side ventures in business management, computer programming, geomatics and security but his first love has always been construction and home improvement.
Ron recently has parlayed these experiences and his love of all things construction and has taken the extra training to become a certified Home Inspector under Carson Dunlop. Regarded by many as an industry pioneer and leader; Carson Dunlop and Associates has been providing a full suite of home inspection services for 30 years. This certification allows Ron to provide home inspection services for banks, insurance companies and home buyers/sellers alike.
Ron will play a crucial role in providing professional Property Management services for M3B Management Ltd.
