M3B’s Standard Program is a year round property management service with the added benefit of rental services (see additional information on Rental Services below) when the owners or their guests wish to visit their properties.
The program provides a comprehensive range of services ranging from detailed weekly inspections, complete with follow-up reports that provide both peace of mind and insurance compliance, to the proactive determination and management of longer term preventative maintenance programs to ensure the property is properly managed for years to come.
- Key holding (providing unlimited access on request1 - notice required)
- Property inspections,2 (30-45min) including report (Weekly Service includes 50/year, Bi-weekly service includes 24/year)
- 2 x Seasonal (Spring/Fall) inspections (60-90min) including report
- Mail forwarding
- On call service (NL business hours - Monday/Friday 9am-5pm)
Minor maintenance work that can be reasonably completed by the property inspector during the allotted visit is included in the service3, major items will be identified and the owner advised of the nature and cost before any work is carried out.
